Telling the Story for Pancake Day

UnitingCare has scaled the heights of Brisbane’s iconic Story Bridge to get some early promotion of the 2008 Pancake Day activities.

On UnitingCare Pancake Day, held annually on Shrove Tuesday, thousands of individuals, school, community, church and business groups nation-wide cook and sell pancakes to raise funds for UnitingCare’s work with Australians in need.

In 2008 Pancake Day falls on Tuesday 5th February. On-line registrations will open in mid-October but you can register today by calling 1800 060 543.

UnitingCare Pancake Day is a fun and easy way to raise funds to support UnitingCare’s work with the homeless, abused and vulnerable children and adults, the frail aged, families in crisis and those with disabilities.
