Throughout the book there are images and accounts that remind us of the disasters and atrocities that have occurred in the world and how the church can impact and bring change. Personal accounts of visits and experiences bring the book to life.
The quotes, scripture references, personal accounts and experiences, newspaper articles are all intertwined making the book “busy” and sometimes difficult for a chaotic mind. However; the intertwining of all of these things make reading challenging and thought provoking!
We are reminded of our call to be the prophetic voice in the world, to call for change and put the gospel into action.
