This true story from the USA involves a myriad of human emotions as it relates the life of an ordinary person who murdered his wife.
The teller of the story is the murderer's step-son, who grappled with the loss of his mother at the age of twelve.
This son travels a worldly path before he is confronted with a call to ministry.
The story involves a series of complex family relationships but in the end is all about forgiveness of self and others.
There are no easy answers but a process of refinement that culminates in loving and restored relationships.
