This album is not a soundtrack as such, but is “music inspired by the movie”. But having said that a high quality of sound and music.

Featuring Steven Curtis Chapman and Rebecca ST James and others, this collection of music is meant to inspire images of the movie or of the original books.

Overall the sound is very “pop” except for Tobymac who adds a slightly more rock feel to the album.

Having been a “Narnia Devotee” since reading the books in primary school, I thoroughly enjoyed the efforts made by the artists to capture the essence of CS Lewis’s Narnia.

A strong three and a half rating with a standout having to be Steven Curtis Chapman’s “Remembering You”.

Includes song lyrics and enhanced CD with artists talking about the music and links to Narnia related websites.
