Ash and Luttsy help St Andrew’s

David Lutteral and Ashley Bradnam hit out for St Andrews with bagpipe player Nick Millard
One half of the Nova 106.9 Breakfast Team, David Lutteral and Ashley Bradnam joined over 120 other golfers on Friday, March 16 to help raise in excess of $45,000 for the Intensive Care Unit at St Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital.

The 12th St Andrew’s annual fundraising golf day was held at the Indooroopilly Golf Club in Brisbane.

Money raised from the event will be used to purchase a new ventilator for the Intensive Care Unit at the hospital. The essential life saving equipment cost approximately $45,000 each.

Joining the Nova crew at tee off were a wealth of Brisbane business identities, doctors, nurses and members of the public who wanted to help St Andrew’s maintain its leading level of care.

The fundraising day culminated with a dinner at the club at which trophies were presented to the winners, a raffle drawn and an auction held.

Among the items up for grabs this year was one of only four bottles of 1993 Grange Hermitage wine signed by Prime Minister John Howard.
