Lifeline for your phone funds a Lifeline for others

Human Nature’s Toby Allen with his Lifeline
It’s just Human Nature to want a Lifeline! So much in fact, that Toby Allen from Human Nature and Dancing with the Stars fame has been one of the first to sport a Lifeline for his phone!

Human Nature’s Toby Allen has been busy twirling and tangoing on the dance floor as the favourite to win Seven’s fourth series of Dancing with the Stars, but he hasn’t been too busy to catch on to the latest craze sweeping the nation.

Toby was one of the first in Australia to sport a “Lifeline” on his mobile phone! These brightly coloured mobile phone accessories are part of a national campaign by Lifeline to raise awareness and funds for their 24 hour Telephone Counselling Service.

Not only are the “Lifelines” a practical accessory and security device for mobile phones, iPODs, memory cards and other electronic gadgets, they also raise awareness and funds for a very worthy cause.

Lifeline Public Relations Manager Elissa Jenkins said the ‘Lifelines’ were certain to become hot property.

“With Toby Allen catching on to the craze so soon, we are hopeful that the rest of the 17.4 million mobile phone users in Australia will pick up a ‘Lifeline’ for their phone.

“They’re a great combination of fashion and security and are really a bargain at just $2-00,” she said.

Last year Lifeline volunteers across Australia spent over 500,000 hours on the phone listening to people in need.

The “Lifelines for Your Phone” are available now at all Lifeline stores and counselling centres.
