It was at OM’s New Horizons Dinner on April 3 that OM Australia’s National Director, Jonathan Rodwell, welcomed Andrew Carnell to the role of State Director, Queensland.
Andrew comes with 15 months’ experience in the OM Ships’ ministry. While continuing theological studies at Malyon College, Andrew will lead the Queensland team.
It has been an exciting start to the year for OM International with the launch of its newest ship, the Logos Hope, and the Doulos recently celebrating her 21 millionth visitor in Manila.
While Andrew’s experience has been with the ships, he is very quick to point out that it is the less known land-based ministries in 110 countries that really excite him. The possibilities are amazing; whether looking to serve for just a couple of weeks, a couple of years, or to advocate and support from home. It is a privilege to be involved.
